Store Pickup (Click & Collect)

How Long Will Zenvixas Hold My Pickup Order?
We hold pickup orders for 7 days after they’re ready. If uncollected, your order will be refunded and restocked. We’ll remind you by SMS/email if you provided your contact info.

When Will My Order Be Ready?
Your estimated pickup date will appear in your confirmation email. We’ll notify you once it’s ready. For faster availability, our team may call you directly.

Can Someone Else Pick Up My Order?
Yes! They just need your confirmation email plus a valid U.S. government-issued photo ID matching the order name.

Bike Orders Requiring Assembly
Bike orders needing assembly may take extra time. We’ll notify you when the bike has been assembled and safety-checked.

How Do I Apply for Financing at Zenvixas?
Apply for financing through Klarna at checkout. Choose your term (6–48 months) and follow Klarna’s guided process.

Eligibility
Depends on your credit profile and order value. Klarna performs a soft credit check during application.

Canceled Klarna Orders
If you cancel a financed order, your repayment plan will stop and payments already made will be refunded according to Klarna’s policy.

If not yet processed, amend/cancel it via Track My Order. For in-store appointments or services, changes must be made 24 hours in advance.

How Long Do Refunds Take?

  • Online returns: 3–5 business days
